Boxer's Attitude

Despite these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually recognized for his dramatics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.

Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.

Targeting Tyson Fury

Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.

"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.

The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.

"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Paul said.

As the two fighters met for the usual stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the match is truly proceeding.
